In a short span of coming into existence in 2013, Govt. Polytechnic Paonta Sahib has climbed the ladder of success in the fields of Technical Education. Education is provided through innovative and inspirational teaching methodology giving enhanced importance to practical application while inculcating the purest form of theoretical knowledge through its experienced and enriched faculty. Institute ensures an all-round growth of its students.
1. Land Detail
The campus of this Polytechnic is spread over 11.66 acres of land and is surrounded by the sprawling greenery. The land has a single span with khasra No. is 156/60/4/9/2/2 and situated at Mohal Ghunghal, Circle Dhaula Kuan, Tehsil – Paonta Sahib, Distt. – Sirmour (H.P.) – 173031.
2. Building Detail
Total builtup area planned for the polytechnic is 7435.57 sq. mtr. Total built up area ready is 3942.63 sq. mtr. At present there are 3 blocks/building namely as Administrative Block, Teaching Block and Workshop Block. The buildup area ready in each block is as follows:
(a) Administrative Block = 1240.76 sq. mtr.
(b) Teahing Block = 1746.42 sq. mtr.
(c) Workshop Block = 955.45 sq. mtr.
Total Builtup area ready = 3942.63 sq. mtr.
